Effective July 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Capital Church Care & Support Hub at care.capitalchurch.com (the “Service”), operated by Capital Church (“Capital Church,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, submitting a prayer request, or exchanging messages with us, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
The Service lets you request prayer and care from Capital Church and lets our team follow up with you. It’s provided free of charge, as part of our ministry, to care for our community.
The Service is not monitored around the clock and is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. In the U.S. you can also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. We’ll respond to prayer and care requests as soon as we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee an immediate reply.
If you opt in to text messages, you consent to receive texts from Capital Church about your prayer request and care. By opting in you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provided.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your text-message consent and data — in short, we never share your mobile opt-in with third parties for marketing.
You agree to:
We may decline, pause, or discontinue care or messaging where a request is abusive, unlawful, or outside the purpose of the Service.
You keep ownership of the information and requests you submit. By submitting them, you give us permission to use that information to pray for you, respond, and coordinate care, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Prayer and care from our team offer spiritual and pastoral support. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Please seek a qualified professional for those needs.
We aim to keep the Service available but don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capital Church is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
